We will exchange or refund any urn you are not satisfied with if you return it within 10 days of receipt.
This does not apply to custom made urns that we create specialy to meet your specific needs. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or credit any item that is not returned in its original condition or within 10 days of receipt.
You must notify us by email at info@ateliergaleriedartsolart.com of your intent to return an item before you send it. This will allow us to send you the instructions and transaction authorization number that will allow us to issue you a refund or credit upon receipt of the returned merchandise. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend that you choose a shipping method that allows you to insure and track your return package and keep the tracking number of your package. We are not responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost returns.
