An artistic approach imbued with spirituality

I perceive water as the essence and universal vehicle of life. Its memory is for me an inexhaustible source of inspiration.

Clay, made of water, is for me a timeless matrix, marked with the passage of life in matter. Its origin, malleability, and permanence have fascinated me since childhood, when I grew up in abundance on a paleontological site on the banks of the Nicolet River. Sculpture is the interface that allows me to explore the plasticity of clay and transmit its universal memory.

My work emerges from the convergence of the arts of ceramic, jewellery, and foundry. Through my interdisciplinary practise of transforming matter through fire, I study the coherence of interactive phenomena that trigger the transition from one physical state to another. My observations leed me to build bridges between the physical and spiritual worlds to express the rebirth of life and the metamorphosis of the soul at the heart of matter.

I create architectural integration works, sculpture, jewellery and ceremonial art objects that combine porcelain, bronze, stone, silver and gold to celebrate the harmony, richness, beauty and power of life.
